I’m Mikko Atienza, founder of QuantumLeap Digital and an AI Growth Enablement Strategist. I help founders, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners scale their businesses using AI-driven automation, sales enablement, and revenue operations (RevOps).

How I Got Here
My career has been a journey of transformation—starting from leadership in faith-based communities, evolving into strategic sales enablement, and now pioneering AI-driven business growth. At every stage, my focus has remained the same: empowering people and organizations to scale with purpose.
2015-2019: The Foundation – Mastering Sales & Digital Growth
I first immersed myself in the world of sales enablement and digital marketing, where I mastered CRM automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. My obsession with scaling businesses was born here—seeing companies struggle with inefficiencies made me realize the immense potential of data-driven growth strategies.
2017-2021: Leadership in Operations & Community Building
Parallel to my corporate experience, I took on a leadership role at Every Nation Philippines, where I served as Event Coordinator and Administrative Staff. Here, I managed scaled operations, facilitated strategic planning, and honed my ability to orchestrate high-impact events and organizational growth. This role deepened my understanding of leadership, team dynamics, and operational efficiency—skills that would later fuel my business endeavors.
2021-2024: The Shift from Leadership to Strategic Growth
Taking on the role of Lead Pastor at Victory Christian Fellowship (under Every Nation Philippines) was a turning point. Leading an entire congregation wasn’t just about spiritual growth—it required team building, public speaking, strategic execution, and community engagement. I saw firsthand how systems, leadership, and vision could scale an organization’s impact, much like in business.
At the same time, I became deeply fascinated with AI and automation, recognizing how these technologies could revolutionize the way businesses operate. This led me to take a bold step—moving from ministry into AI-driven business transformation.
2024-Present: AI Business Scaling & Quantum Leap
With years of experience in leadership, sales, and automation, I launched Quantum Leap, an AI Business Co-Pilot that helps companies automate workflows, optimize revenue, and scale without complexity. I didn’t just want to build another AI tool—I wanted to create an AI-driven execution system that businesses could rely on as a true partner in growth.
At the same time, I took on the role of Sales Director at Zuma Housing, applying AI-driven sales enablement strategies to optimize client acquisition and revenue operations. This role allows me to test, refine, and perfect AI-driven growth methodologies in a high-volume industry.
Beyond AI and sales, I’ve also stepped into business transformation coaching with The Ninety Percent, helping individuals and teams align personal growth with business strategy. This allows me to merge my background in leadership, human psychology, and business scaling into a holistic, AI-powered approach to growth.
